The Campuhan Ridge Walk spans to approximately 9 kilometers’ walk along Ubud’s Wos Rivers. The best time to be here will be in the morning when the sun just begin to rise or near sunset, when the warm glow of the sun will beautifully contrasts with the lush and green paddy field. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes because of its long walk. Hat will also be a good additional accessory to cover your head and definitely wear a lot of sunscreen before taking your pictures here.

tegalalang ubud

Along with Campuhan and Pejeng, Tegalalang is part of the 3 most splendid terraced ricefields in Ubud. Tegalalang found its popularity due to its location, between Kintamani and Ubud. You can see the rice terrace from the main road, but if you want to take closer look of the rice field, you can enter the rice field with entrance fee. Otherwise, you can also sit at one of the cafes, enjoy sip by sip of your coffee while enjoying this breathtaking view of UNESCO’s world heritage site.

This site is a little bit more challenging. You will be strapped in the swing, don’t worry, it’s perfectly safe, where you will be swinging above the valley overlooking canyon, natural forest landscape and waterfall. Ony by paying parking and entrance fee, you will get to swing on all the available swings with different heights from  5m, 10m, 15m, 20m and 78m(!!). You can ask your friends to record or take pictures while you are swinging. The feeling you get when you swing, the adrenaline rush and excitement will be memorable. The unique pictures and videos are the added bonuses.

tegenungan waterfall

Tegenungan Waterfall is an already famous tourist spot in Ubud. To avoid crowds that regularly visit this waterfall, you can come a little bit early in the morning. There will be a small parking fee and entrance fee that you will need to pay before entering the site. When entering the area, you will be welcomed by the rows of souvenir shops along your way. When you arrive at the waterfall, you can play around with the water while taking hundreds of pictures. No need to worry about your wet clothes because there is a changing booth available. Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes before coming here.
